✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange:

• Incorrect item delivered

• Damaged or defective product (must be reported within 24 hours)

• Wrong size (for clothing, shoes, etc., if applicable)

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact

 Return Window:

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

 How to Request a Return:

2. Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue

3. Our team will review and guide you through the process

 Refund Options:

• Refund to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

• Or opt for a store credit/voucher for future purchases

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after item inspection

 Non-Returnable Items:

• Used or damaged items (not due to delivery)

• Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

• Custom or personalized products

• Items bought on clearance or flash sales (unless faulty)
